The Icebear series employs a unique dual-mechanism cooling architecture, distinguishing it from all single-mechanism cooling vests on the market.

The first layer—an active water circulation network: The vest’s middle layer is woven with an 8mm sealed microchannel network, distributing water from a central reservoir to 12 distribution zones on the front and back of the torso. This ensures that cooling is not concentrated at pockets or limited to specific body parts—water simultaneously reaches all major heat dissipation areas, including the lateral thoracic arteries and the waist area.

The second layer—a passive moisture-absorbing and evaporating layer: The hydrophilic inner fabric stores surface moisture, which continuously evaporates and cools as body temperature and ambient airflow interact with the fabric surface. This combination of active cooling and passive heat retention creates a cooling cycle that automatically adjusts based on the user’s activity level and ambient temperature—the greater the activity, the faster the evaporation, and the more moisture is automatically added to the circulation channels.

This vest does not interfere with the chest strap connection points of most standard fall arrestor systems. It also features additional reflective strips, suitable for environments where it can be worn as an outer layer.
